Notice for Procedures applied to Certificate of Carriage of Olympic/Paralympic Family Members Information Form and Guide

各境外航空公司：                                                             2008年3月13日

Foreign Airlines,                                                                     Mar. 13, 2008

为方便和规范北京奥运会和残奥会期间的航空运输服务保障工作，民航总局出台了《奥运会(残奥会)期间外国飞机临时飞行计划申请、审批指南》，并要求第29届奥组委首都国际机场场馆运行团队为载运奥运(残奥)大家庭的航空公司出具证明函。

In order to facilitate the aviation transportation service during Beijing Olympic and Paralympic Games time, CAAC General Administration promulgated A Guide to Flight Plan Application and its Approval for Foreign Aircraft Interim Flight Operations during Olympic/Paralympic Games, and require XXIX OLYMPIA(BOCOG) CAPITAL AIRPORT VENUE TEAM to issue the letter to certify that the Olympic / Paralympic Family Members will take these extra flights or charters.  

经征求各境外航空公司的意见和建议，借鉴往届奥运会举办的成功经验，特制定了《奥运会(残奥会)大家庭成员乘坐加班或包机证明函》的办理程序，现予颁布，请遵照执行。(参见hb.caac.gov.cn)

Therefore, CAAC North China Regional Adm. promulgated Procedures applied to Certificate of Carriage of Olympic/Paralympic Family Members after the collection of suggestions from foreign airlines and the adoption of successful experiences in previous Olympic Games.
